Volunteers are Welcome!
There is a need for volunteers to assist in many ways on the
4th. From helping with the parade, to collecting donations, to helping
with the crowds at the fireworks, and many more areas. Please contact

Financial Contributions.
The volunteer committee is working diligently to plan the events
and raise the money for next year's festivities. There are many costs
associated with coordinating this event including costs for public
safety (fire and police) and facilities. Donations to help defray the
cost for the day's events and the fireworks show are always welcomed.
Many will be surprised to learn that once the fireworks truck arrives at
our town borders the night before the fireworks show, it must be
met by a fire truck. The truck and crew must remain with the fireworks
until all have been shot. This is a requirement for all fireworks shows.
Business leaders and individuals are encouraged to help sponsor the 4th
of July celebration. Contributions to the festival are tax-deductible.
