Partners Home Care maintains clinical space at the Health Center. Ongoing programs include community education, health screenings, immunizations, support groups and outreach programs in addition to providing comprehensive home health care in the three Bridgewaters and surrounding communities.

H.E.R. provides CPR training, First Aid and Nursing Education programs as well as other related injury prevention and health and wellness training courses to the following groups: Bridgewater Boy and Girl Scout troops; coaches, students, staff and nurses in the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District; Handi-Kids staff; High Pond Estates residents; Bridgewater Recreation Commission employees; parents in Bridgewater as well as other clubs and organizations.  Individually, H.E.R. provides courses and training to private and public organizations throughout New England.

A children's daycare facility, licensed by the Massachusetts Office for Children, offers preschool, after school care, ½ day before (after) Kindergarten daycare, as well as a toddler playgroup program.  The Center can accommodate physically challenged children as well.  With a total licensing capacity of 30 children, this includes 9 in the toddler group and up to 6 in the after school program.  The center is able to accept children ranging in age from 15 months to 9 years.

In Spring 2002, the Stress Unit moved its counseling services to the Health Center.
