(Single-family house project = linear feet x $2.00 not to exceed $2,000.  State fee is ½ of total fee less $12.50 Town fee is ½ of total fee + $12.50)

$1.00 per linear foot of BVW. The same per linear foot fee should also apply to riverfront reviews. (This fee is under Town of Bridgewater Wetland By-Law and in addition to the state and town mandated fees)

** If work falls within a riverfront area of a perennial waterway, the filing fee includes an additional 50% of the total mandated fee under the Wetlands Protection Act.

An additional fee of $1.00 per linear foot of BVW shall be submitted with paperwork.
