Health Insurance Counselors provide free, confidential and unbiased health
insurance information, counseling and assistance. SHINE Counselors
help seniors and Medicare beneficiaries with a wide range of health
insurance questions, including what Medicare covers, Prescription
Programs, Mass Health eligibility, billing and Medicare supplements.
