Zoning Articles for Fall Town Meeting- Public Hearing
On
Monday, October 15, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room in the Academy
Building, the Planning Board will be conducting a public hearing on the
following proposed zoning articles that will appear on the Fall Town Meeting
Warrant:

Establish East Gateway Business District
along Plymouth St. from Hayward St. to the CBD and extend 200’ to the
north side of the roadway layout line;

Waterford Village Smart Growth Overlay
District;
-
Design Review Bylaw, Design Review
Guidelines;
-
Amendment to 9.60 Planned Development
District;
-
Amendment to 7.0 Signs;
-
Amendment to 6.30 Table of Use Regulations
and amendment to 9.631 Planned Development District and
-
To authorize
modification of the zoning map to reflect changes.
