RE:              Deadline Dates – Annual Town Meeting Articles


The Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

At the Selectmen’s Meeting on January 8, 2008, the Board voted to set the deadline for submission of Annual Town Meeting Articles.

In order to ensure adequate time for public hearings and proper preparation of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant, please be advised of the following deadline dates:

Zoning Articles:   Must be received in the Office of the Selectmen, Memorial Building, 25 South Street, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 29, 2008.

All Other Articles:   Must be received in the Office of the Selectmen, Memorial Building, 25 South Street, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2008.
