The Youth Center is run under the auspices of the Bridgewater Police Department. The center was started by Jack Hobson
as an off shoot of the DARE program.

It is a free of charge drop-in after school program for kids in grades 6 and up.

We offer pool tables, ping pong, foosball, X-Box, board games, large screen TV with cable, computers.

Basketball hoops, as well as, football, soccer, street hockey and baseball equipment are available for use on the center's field.

We also offer tutoring and homework help, mentoring, etc. and occasional field trips.

On Tuesdays we feature the playing of Magic the Gathering. Other feature days will be announced as they are planned.

Refreshments are available, too.

The Youth Center is staffed by civilian employees and interns.

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to 5:15 p.m. On days when Bridgewater/Raynham has a half day we are open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On no school days due to holidays we are closed. When there is no school because of teacher in service, etc. we have special hours that will be posted.

Donations Are Always Welcome.

Cash donations can be made by contacting the Lt. Michael Bois or Center's Director. Donations of volunteer service hours and/or donations of tangible items are also accepted.  Please contact the Center for an appointment.
