The following is an overview of the benefits offered to all regular full-time employees of the Town of Bridgewater. Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week are only eligible for certain benefits at an adjusted rate.
- Holidays / Paid Leave - The Town provides benefited employees 12 paid holidays annually. Paid vacation, sick and personal leave benefits depend upon whether or not you are a bargaining unit (union) or non-unit employee. Benefits also differ by bargaining unit. Leave time accumulation increases with service time.
