Submit a request with SeeClickFix
SeeClickFix helps residents reach the Town online or via their smartphone to request services or get help fixing issues. Choose a category below by clicking the button for the request you'd like to submit, then follow the directions to enter the location of the issue, add an image (if you have one), type in the description, follow the prompts, and submit! As this system is not monitored 24/7, issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention (wires or tree limbs down, needle pickup, double-parked cars, etc.) should be reported directly to the Bridgewater Police Non-Emergency Line at 508-697-6118 or Bridgewater Fire at 508-697-0900. Don't see a category for what you need help with? Report it into the "Other" category and Town staff will ensure it's assigned to the appropriate department for follow-up.

Once you have sent a report, you will receive email communication acknowledging your service request. You can continue to check on the status of the issue online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified by email as well.
