The Building Department is dedicated to the professional and efficient administration and enforcement of applicable codes for building, plumbing, gas, and electrical wiring. The Building Department is also responsible for insuring accuracy for weights and measures, and zoning determinations and enforcement.
The Town of Bridgewater has electronic permitting.
Bridgewater uses an online permitting system for all applications to be reviewed by the Building Department. All new applicants must also first register.
