Finance Department


The mission of the Finance Department is to  oversee the Town's resource management functions and provides direct supervision for the following departments: Accounting, Assessing, Treasurer/Collector. The department oversees all of the Town’s enterprise management activities and provides strategic direction for the development of the Town’s budget, revenue collection and tracking, financial reporting, internal and external auditing functions, preparation of financial statements, debt financing proposals, long-range financial planning, capital planning; economic forecasting, management analysis, management of the Town’s investments, and performance measurement.
