Property Values for FY 2019 are 14.83 per 1,000 of valuation
  • Real Estate Exemption Applications are due by March 1, 2019 
  • Abatement Applications for Property Tax must be received by February 1, 2019 (No Exceptions)
  • For Business Owners: Return of Personal Property Subject to Taxation (Forms of List) Annual Due Date is March 1st.
  • Real Estate Tax Bill Due Dates:  
      • 1st quarter due August 1
      • 2nd quarter due November 1
      • 3rd quarter due February 1
      • 4th quarter due May 1
  • FY 2019
    ​Values and Tax Rate will be set in late December following  Certification.
    ​Preliminary Bills, under Mass General Laws are based on 1/2 of the prior FY total tax and divided over the Aug 1 and Nov 1 payments.
    ​FY 19 Real Estate Exemption Applications will be due by March 1, 2019
    ​FY 19 Real Estate Abatement Applications MUST BE received by February 1, 2019  (No Exceptions)
    ​All other annual due dates apply
